Must Know Before You Go for Car Rental in Rome

  • All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
  • ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
  • The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle.
  • The package does not include any type of cost regarding entrance to the attractions.
  • Unlimited mileage available.
  • The fuel tank will be full at the time of pickup, and must be full when the car is returned. Otherwise, the car rental company will charge for the cost of the fuel shortfall plus the labor cost of refueling.
  • The store charges a security deposit between US$ 500.00 - 3000.00.The final amount will be determined at the store. The deposit is usually paid at the pick-up time and will be used by the car rental company as a guarantee. If the car is not damaged/stolen or there is no payment due after the car is returned, the full amount will be returned.
  • The car rental company needs the main driver’s embossed credit card at pick up.
  • You must present the printed voucher when you arrive at the car rental store. If you don't show your rental voucher, the rental company may charge you at local rates.
  • Drivers aged below 23 are not be allowed to rent a car; The supplier may charge a "risk driving fee" at pick up if driver’s age is between 23-24; Drivers aged above 70 are not allowed to rent a car; Drivers with less than 1 years of experience will not be allowed to rent a car.
  • Early pick up may be subject to additional charges. If you wish to change the pick up time, please check with the car rental store regarding availability and any extra costs.
  • If you are late for your pick up, please contact the store or customer service prior to your scheduled pick up time. Otherwise, you may not be able to pick up your car.
  • Rental fees for any unused days or time will not be refunded, even if the car is returned before the agreed upon time. Some stores may charge additional fees for early return.
  • If you need to return the car at a later time than scheduled, be sure to notify the store in advance. You will be charged additional fees based on the market price, payable directly at the store upon arrival. Failure to notify the store may result in penalty charges.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 1 business hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refund Policy
